The above unlisted equity investments represent investments in unlisted equity securities issued
by private entities incorporated in Hong Kong, the PRC, the United States of America and Korea.
They are measured at cost less impairment at the end of the reporting period because the range of
reasonable fair value estimates is so significant that the directors of the Company are of the opinion
that their fair values cannot be measured reliably.
