The amounts due from subsidiaries and an associate are unsecured, interest-free, repayable on
demand and expected to be settled in cash within the next twelve months from the end of the
reporting period except for an amount due from a subsidiary of HK$ nil (2015: HK$49,000,000)
which the directors considered that the balance will be settled in cash after one year from the end
of the reporting period.
