Incorporation Of Subsidiary

Pursuant to Rule 704(15)(c) of the Listing Manual, Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has incorporated a subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands named Noblehigh Enterprises Inc. ("Noblehigh") with an initial issued share capital of US$1,550. It is envisaged that Noblehigh will be used for investment holding purposes.
