Change To Composition Of The Board Committees

The Board of Directors of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited wishes to announce that Mr Leung Chun Wah, the Executive Chairman of the Company will step down as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from 17 May 2006.
Consequent to the above, the composition of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees are as follows:-

2. Mr Jovenal R. Santiago - Independent Director
