Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") wishes to inform that no person occupying a managerial position in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries is a relative of a director or chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of the Company.
