Change Of Company Secretaries

The Directors of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") wish to announce the resignation of Ms Jennifer Lee Siew Jee and Mr Keloth Raj Kumar as Joint Secretaries of the Company and, in their place, the appointment of Mr Leung Hon Shing as the Secretary of the Company with effect from 28 March 2006.
