The Board of Directors of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the sole resolution on the proposed Share Purchase Mandate as set out in the Notice of the Special General Meeting dated 5 July 2005 has been duly passed at the Special General Meeting of the Company held on 28 July 2005.
