Resignation Of Director And Appointment Of New Director

| The Board of Directors of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Ching Tak Hon as a Director of the Company with effect from 3 November 2004. Mr Andy Hung, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 3 November 2004. The particulars of Mr Andy Hung pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(7) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual will be furnished in a separate announcement.
