Change Of Place Where Company's Principal Share Register Is Kept

The Board of Directors of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's Bermuda Registrar has moved office and as such the venue where the Company's Principal Share Register is kept be changed to Argyle House, 41A Cedar Avenue, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda with immediate effect.
