Notice is hereby given that the Register of Member of Transfer Books of the Company will be closed at the close of market on 12 August 2013 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to dividends. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. of 3 Anson Road, #27-01, Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909, up to 5.00 p.m. on 12 August 2013 will be registered before entitlements of the dividend are determined. |
