The Board of Directors of Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Compact Administrative Services Pte Ltd, the Singapore Share Transfer Agent of the Company has changed its name to Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. with immediate effect.
