Fully paid ordinary shares carry one vote per share and a right to dividends as and when declared
by the Company.
Share options granted under the employee share option plan carry no rights to dividends and no
voting rights. Further details of the employee share option plan are contained in Note 29.
Note:
Pursuant to the resolution passed at the annual general meeting held on July 30, 2015, the consolidation of
every five (5) issued and unissued ordinary shares of par value HK$0.20 each in the capital of the Company
then into one (1) consolidated ordinary share of par value HK$1.00 each in the capital of the Company
became effective on August 17, 2015.
